I’m glad I could make it in Saturday for the Reunion! Thanks Gregory for getting me from Ontario, California and back). I enjoyed every minute of it! Wow, what a nice event, thanks Reunion Committee, y’all did a great job putting it together! I’ll give you the short version of my “Closing Remarks” at the Memorial Service...longer version later when finished!
“Crazy as it may sound, I’m Thankful, really, to have been raised in Odessa and attend OHS! What great times, “good and bad” we experienced! Friendships were made that have lasted all these years, truly good friendships that I cherish, I know y’all do too! I look forward to the next “get together” whenever that is because we barely “scratched the service” when it comes to telling all the great stories of those “wonder years!” Anyway, I truly mean this...There never has been...nor will there ever be...another class at OHS, like the class of 1970...Period!
